Q: What exactly is a Virtual Tour?
A: A virtual tour is a simulation composed of panoramic images and other multimedia elements such as sound effects, music, narration, and text designed to give the viewer the sensation of actually being in an existing location.

Q: How does a Virtual Tour benefit my Business?
A: Virtual Tours allow you to cost-effectively showcase your products, environment and attractions to potential clients, while creating a lasting and inviting visual impression.

Q: What is the process of creating a Virtual Tour?
A: Once we have completed a contract, one of our associates will make arrangements to photograph your property, after which we will process and compose your Virtual Tour per your requirements. We will then make the Virtual Tour available for your private review, apply any changes to assure your full satisfaction. then publish the tour for online viewing. A CD copy is also made available for offline viewing, and links to the online tour sent in an email.

Q: What are “Hotspots”?
A:. Hotspots” are clickable areas that allow users to navigate from scene to scene, get detailed close-ups or information on a particular product.

Q: How quickly will my tours be online?
A: Virtual Tours are typically processed within 24 hours of being photographed. There may be a delay if your tour is shot over a weekend.

Q: Are your tours MLS compliant?
A: Yes. We offer multiple viewing formats for each virtual tour. The different formats are viewable by clicking on unique links that we can provide. Each type of tour has a varying degree of feature restriction so as to allow you to use the tour with the most features while still while meeting the requirements of your local MLS.

Q: When will my virtual tours expire?
A: Your virtual tours will each expire after a 12 months period of time. Each virtual tour can be renewed on an annual basis.

Q: How many scenes can be included in each tour?
A: The tour window supports 30 scenes in any combination of full 360, partial 360 or still images. If you have renderings instead of photos, we can add them as well or in addition to actual photos. Please see the order section of this website for tour packages and pricing.

A: Yes, it is possible to exceed the 30 scene limit. Please see the order section of this website for tour packages and pricing.

Q: Can I change the skin and text colors of my tour windows?
A: Yes. You can choose any color you wish for the skin and text colors of your tour windows.

Q: If I change my company or contact information, do I have to recreate my tours?
A: No. If you change your contact information, you simply need to let us know and we will update the changes in your online profile. All of your tours will automatically update and the existing links to the tours will remain the same.

Q: Is there an additional charge for the setup of real estate tour templates/skins by your logo staff?
A: There is no additional charge for the setup of real estate tour templates or skins.

Q: How much does an audio narrative clip cost?
A: Free streaming audio clips are available. Pricing for audio narration on a virtual tour can be found on our order forms contained on this website.

Q: Can I place a link to school reports and city information on my tours?
A: Yes. You can have both a link to school reports as well as a link to city information on each of your tours.

Q: Can I place a link to a map of the property location on my tours?
A: Yes. A link to a map of the property is automatically generated.

Q: Can I place a floor plan on my tour?
A: Yes. You can add a floor plan image a separate feature button below the view screen on the tour window or you can include a floor plan as one of your images within the view screen on the tour window.

Q: Can I place a printable flyer on my tour?
A: Yes. If you have your own flyer, you can e-mail it to us and we can attach it to the tour for you or for additional price we will customize one of out templates for you.

Q: Where do you link the tours out to?
A: We will supply you with the links to your virtual tours so that you can place them onto your website and Realtor websites. We are currently seeking partnering relationships for syndication which, for an additional fee, will allow your virtual tour to be published nationally.
